The exceptional calibre of the primary health care sector across the Hunter New England Central Coast PHN is being celebrated as the finalists for the 2023 Primary Care Quality and Innovation Awards are unveiled.
Following a rigorous review process of a hugely competitive field, PharmOnline was named as a finalist in the Technology in Health Award category. This Award recognises healthcare organisations and/or service provider that demonstrates leadership in the use of technology to support their patients.
Demonstrating innovation through their telehealth service, PharmOnline has helped hundreds of people to understand and use their medications safely. The team has prevented unnecessary ED presentations and referred patients on to other providers when necessary.
